Refund return exchange policies


      **Herbalife Nutrition products have a 30-day money-back guarantee for the retail customer. The 30-day period begins on the date the customer receives the product.

      When a customer requests the guarantee be honored, "We " the Member must respond quickly and courteously.

      And offer the customer a choice of a full refund of the purchase price or full credit for exchange of other Herbalife Nutrition products in  accordance with the return procedures.

Different types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Moreover non-exchangeable and returns items:  
Gift cards, some health and personal care items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There is a certain situation where only total or partial refund can be granted (if accepted), such as for products that are not available in stock, or due to an error, or if the client receives items different from the initial order. Nevertheless, if an item is returned and it is not in its original condition or if the returned items are not received. The independent distributor disclaims any responsibility for these two cases. Thus, the client will not be able to request a partial or total refund. Also for any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if accepted)*
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to provide information that we have received your returned item. We will also provide information with regard to the approval or rejection of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days generally 7 to 10 days.

Orders arriving late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet. First of all, check your bank account again! Second, contact your credit card company, it could take some additional time before a refund is posted. Third, contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is available. If you’ve done all of the checking processes above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@herbal-online-shop.com

Exchanges (if accepted) 
Herbal-online shop accepts exchanges items only if there are not damaged. Any exchange must be of the same item. Please send us an email at contact@herbal-online-shop.com and send your item to Lei 33, 3000.

Clients are responsible for paying the return's shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For any refund or cancellationan administrative charge of 10% of the total amount may apply.

If you are shipping an item over  £70 or $80 or 75€ you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. No guarantee that your item will be received
